✅ Replacement Available If:

* Product arrives damaged
* Product is defective / not working on arrival (DOA)
* You receive the wrong product

Conditions:

* Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
* An unboxing video is mandatory.
* Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect order placed by customer
* Minor color or appearance differences
* Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
* Performance expectations not matching personal preference

Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned due to:

* Incorrect address
* Customer unavailable
* Delivery refused
* Failed delivery attempts

Shipping and packaging charges will be deducted from any eligible refund. Re-shipping is available after payment of additional shipping charges.
